Hello, have just registered today. I have Curve 9360 Apollo, i can't send BBM in last 3 days, it only shows checkmark without "D" or "R" and obviously my friend won't receive the message.
Here is the situation :
- BBM Contact Status Update (recent updates) seems normal, i can see any updates.
- I can receive any BBM sent to me, pin request work fine as well.
- I can browse Internet
- Push email work fine
- No problem with Blackberry ID
- I have full BIS data plan from service provider, i believe it's not service provider problem, since i can browse, push email, working status updates.
The only thing not working is i can't send any BBM to any BBM contact.
I have tried done this :
- Pulling out and re-insert battery
- reload OS, currenly using BlackBerry Handheld Software v18.104.22.1687 (All Languages)
- Deleting deletable Service Book's entry
- re-registering Host Routing Table, this is my Host Routing Information ;
- Wipe device and use another blackberry ID, but no luck
My though is my device connected to a BBM server which is currenly had problem. I have another device, Bold 9790, with same Network Carrier, working very normal. The differences is the IP/Port shown in Host Routing Information. My Bold has ( or connected to (?) ) IP/Port 22.214.171.124:18815:18810 meanwhile my abnormal Curve 9360 has IP as shown on screenshot above.
So, anyone have any clue?

Ok, it's started again this morning. I have called my service provider (IND-XL), they say everything is fine. I run Network Diagnostic Test, here is what I got :

hai... we are experiencing the same problem here. i've got the same problem since last week. i think it's the blackberry server after few days, trying telkomsel CS (my Carrier is Telkomsel Simpati), still no clue what's matter behind this.

Ok, finally I manage to make it work.
Today I decided to use simcard from another service provider, AXIS Indonesia in my case, after change it, I get diferent IP gateway and BBM working normal, so I go to previous service provider ( IND-XL ) and ask them to change my simcard chip and bam! I got new IP Gateway pretty much the same as ip gateway from my working bold 9790. Here my new Host Routing Information :

I discovered that my BB 9360 can send and receive pings from other BBM users. I can also receive pings from Z10 users but cannot deliver. it show 'X' in red and the only means of reaching out to them is through my PM (Personal Message) updates.
please assist with suggestions.
