Curve 9360 and USB connectivity as a media card

I wondered if anyone knew the answer to this question.

When I first connect my BB to my laptop, I am presented with the option of using the media card on the phone as a USB device.

If i decline this and leave the phone connected via USB, is it possible to use the media card for storage later on without having to unplug and reconnect the device to get the prompt?

Thanks for your comments.

Re: Curve 9360 and USB connectivity as a media card

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Sorry, nope...once you decline, that remains in force for the entire session. So a new session must be generated, which requires the quick disconnect/reconnect of the USB cable.

Good luck!
