                     If you device is rebooting itself and not able to start your device on Safe Mode then follow the KB .Please go through the KB :

3- Once prompted to Retry, Update or Cancel, click Update. If available updates are found Desktop Manager will prompt you to Get Update, Update Later or View other versions  

If you get the option that no updates are available then Click on View other Version .it will allow you to see  versions avalibale for your device and also you had to Insert your SIM card on your device will doing this process.

So please try it and let us know of your progress.

Hi Prince,

I've done this again. The thing is when i click on update, i get the option to repair blackberry only not the view other version option. Still no progress. Thank you.

I've done all of the above and it still reboots after 5 minutes have rim or blackberry messed up technically and this is why a lot of people are having this problem?

I know this is a strange question but had you been near a photo booth? I ask as i qued next to a booth, the booth made a noise and my phone what stop turning on and off dince. Ive had to buy a new phone.

I've been nowhere near a phone booth. People near me all have the same people and the surrounding areas are the same. Have blackberry or rim messed up?
