Curve 9360 not getting network connection

Have a 9360, changed the battery a week ago.

Since then it usually says 'Searching for network' and not connecting to Vodafone (on contract). In some places it does connect to Vodafone but not at home or at work.

SOmetimes it connects to T-mobile, Orange etc ! Wi-fi connection is fine when available.

Tried taking battery and SIM out again, no change.

Put the SIM card in another blackberry and it gets Vodafone everywhere. So it seems somehow changing the battery has caused the phone not to pick up the network somehow.

Any ideas what has done this an how to fix?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

This sounds like it could be an issue with the new battery itself. Are you able to test with another battery and let me know if that fixes the issue for you?
