Delete mail from device or server or both option lost when OS upgraded

I upgraded my 9360 OS recently from OS 7.0 to v 7.1.0.336, Platform 9.6.0.51. Since the upgrade I no longer have the option to delete e-mails on handheld only or on the server as well. I really enjoyed having the option to delete totally or just from my handheld and then view the mail later on my pc.

When I delete a mail from my BB now, it just deletes it from my device and leaves it on the server without the option to delete it there as well. Can you please help me get this option back?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Please check, on your BB, here:

  • Homescreen > Messages > Logo_Blue.gif > Options > Email Reconciliation

On that screen should be the ability to set the "Delete On" preference back to "Prompt".
