I have recently moved and changed email accounts. How do I delete my old account on my 8310, which is still active but only receiving junk because the important things are switched to my new account.

Hi and welcome to the forums!
I think the easiest way is to go to your carriers BIS site login and delete the account.
If you don't know the website for your carrier, just let me know which carrier.
Or, you can use the email setup icon, it will take you to the site, put in your username and password, and it will allow you to delete the account. I just recommend the BIS site because it's full screen on the PC.

Okay you are now using the new carrier at&T. How did you setup the att acount, you needed a username and password, right?
What other type of email accounts are you using i.e. Gmail, yahoo et.

Go through the wizard and set up an email accounts with ATT blackberry (you don't have to use it for email)
Once setup you will have an email account associated with your BB, make sure you remember your username and password, as that is how you will login to the BIS site. Once the email account is created, and you get the verification email, you should be able to delete your old accost.

This is not regarding deleting accounts, but just being able to access the account:
1. I have created a blackberry email
2. I can send and receive emails to my blackberry on the phone (so account is activated)
where (what site??) do I go to check it on the computer????? when I go to the BB site, and try to long into the owner's lounge, it says the email does not exist.
my provider is ATT, and my email is: @att.blackberry.net
