Using Desktop Manager 4.3 on BB Curve8330 with OS 4.3, the following message comes up when I try to ADD/Remove programs, "The BB desktop software does not have BB device software for the device you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator. I am the system administrator and prefer to post my problem here. This problem occurs both with the software installed from the CD as well as that downloaded from the BB site. Any advice to help me ADD/Remove programs on my BB through the computer would be appreciated.
All other menu items using DM work properly.
