Desktop software

I have now had my balckberry for 3 weeks and despite being reasonably IT literate still cannot get the **bleep** thing to install the software on the PC, i have tried all the instructions and it will not load- can anyone tell me how this is supposed to be easy and simple!! so far I wish i had not bought it!!

What OS are you running on your computer and what version of the Desktop Manager are you trying to install?

Hi, I am having the same problem. Unforunately, I do not know what my OS is or how to find out.

To find out which version your phone is running, open up new e-mail and in the text box type myver and press spacebar. Voila!      Smiley Wink
