Desktop software

Unable to successfully load Desktop Software (for Curve 9320)  to PC , seems as if it is going to work, takes ages downloading then says unable to find a certain file and that's as far as it will go. I presume the latest Desktop Software (version 7.1 ?) is suitable for this model?
