Nah i mean the step after the step 11, once it tries to connect to the device.

So, you can do as Step 11 instructs...you can type "blackberry", but the 507 screen discussed in step 12 does not appear?
I'm just trying to understand precisely what is going on...the details can matter a great deal...
Sometimes it takes several tries to get it to recognize the device...I've heard of people connecting and disconnecting up to 20 times to get it to recognize the BB. If that is what is going on, then keep trying.

Yeah, i'm not getting the Device Error 507 Screen, still getting the 371 error
Tried to Do it over than 40 times, its still the same!
Trying the other guide tho, in work atm waiting to reach home!

is as the same as 1st step i guess, same error on the initializing part, all other solutions didn't help, i guess its the " 371 " Error which is causing the trouble, but thanks for ur efforts and for ur time, i guess it wont get fixed
