Hello,
Ever since my friends and I have upgraded to the new blackberry messenger v5.0, we have been having troubles in sending and receiving files, whether it's a picture or any file. There's always a delay in transferring or no transfer at all. It usually takes too long to tranfer. Is this a network problem or is the new bbm bugged?
I'd appreciate some feedback on this issue and if anyone is facing the same problem.
We live in Saudi Arabia.
Regards,
D

To send picture FASTER using new BBM 5, you have to disable TCP/IP settings by doing the following steps:-
1) Open option
2) Advanced Option
3) TCP/IP settings
4) Un-Mark APN Settings Enabled
5) Save

Where doesn't the RIM/ Blackberry company say anything
.... why does it take so long to fix this? Why dont we know if they are on the case as we speak? Do they want to fix this probleme or not? I NEED there awnsers.... Its bad enought that I cant get in to contact with them like I want to. The blackberry is a big hype in Holland right now and if the want to be as big as the Iphone the better do something about it fast. Black berry has a lot of errors already. I want to let them explain the self .. I want to here them out.....but .... the wont
... BE SMART AND MAKE IT PUBLICE BLACKBERRY!!!
