Is there a way to create a custom profile so that only the alarm clock sound will be active? My old LG phone had this feature, basically an "Alarm only" setting. It was great for when I needed to take a power nap and didn't want to be disturbed by phone calls/text alerts.
Thanks!

Welc
me to the forums!
Go under each profile and check your alert settings for your QUIET and VIBRATE
That should turn them all on to that setting once you get them all set for the ACTIVE profile.

I've been trying to understand the profile designations and find no documentation that allows me to set them up reasonably. Where can I find the difference between Level 1 Messages, Messenger - Alert, Messages, etc? I'm trying to set my phone so that only the phone or alarm will sound and don't see how to do it. The alarm rang silently this morning, making me late for a meeting.
Thanks.

Just wanted to report a solution which is related to this item.
If not in the right spot please move it to the right section.

I had a serious issue that my alarm clock didn't sound in the morning.
At night I switched my phone off and the alarm screen lights up next morning but no sound.
I found on a forum that following is the cause and also found the solution there:
1) Cause:
Any sound notification from the phone will stop the alarm clock sound!
A have a BES with company IT policy so the phone has an obligatory pincode and password.
In the morning the alarm switches the phone on and the pincode screen + related sound appears.
This sound will stop the alarm clock sound from starting/continuing
2) solution
Before you switch off your phone, make sure to put the general sound profile on SILENT.
This way the alarm will sound when it goes off.
Since I do not want to have any phone calls while I sleep this is a good solution for me.
Dont'forget to switch the sound profile back to e.g. normal after the alarm has doen its job.
This seems to me a bug in the OS firmware.
