I reinstalled the app but I am stuck on "Restoring Bbm" !!!!!

Try another battery pull.  We will help you.  Let us know if that is the exact error message when the phone reboots.

Yes i have fixed mine now, you have to uninstall bbm from app world then go to uninstalled and click delete all uninstalled. Then search for bbm in the search bar on the main app world menu then you just re-install it.  All your contacts will be there and they're dp's will update to. This worked for me!!
