Documents to Go registration number

Blackberry Curve 9320

I recently got an Operating System upgrade notification for my curve 9320, and after installing the upgrade, my Documents to Go on my laptop is now insisting that I purchase an activation key before I can synchronise my files. But I've already done that when I purchased Documents to Go, but I don't know where my activation key is. Doies anyone know where I can find it?

Also my Curve 9320 seem to think that everything's OK so I can't get the phone to offer me the chance to activate anyway. None of the information on the Blackberry site seems to be relevant to my particular phone.

Thanks for your help, unfortunately I can't find the order number, but have emailed as you suggested together with some other information that hopefully will identify me and help the appworld people sort me out.
