I downloaded CBS Sports Bookmark from Blackberry App World. It continues to say "Installing" but it never finishes. I have tried rebooting my phone but it still does not finish installing. Any ideas on how to fix this problem would greatly be appreciated. I am running Blackberry OS version 4.5

1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"
3b. For Storm -- Hold the num-lock ("!?123") button so it locks and then hit "34("
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot

Every time I hold down the ALT key and press the "RST" letters the Blackberry locks up. When it locks up is it still clearing the cache? Is there something else I should be doing? So far this has not fixed the problem. Thanks.
