Dropped calls even after reseting BB to default # of rings

Our curve is an 8310 that has been unlocked. We use it on T-mobile and we've been experiencing calls getting forwarded to our voicemail after just 1 ring. We don't even notice the phone has been called until we look at the screen and it says "1 missed call". Also, we've called T-mobile's BB support and all they do is reset the # of rings. I notice it might be due to the fact that I foward my calls to our apartment # when I get home. Any help?

have you done the sequence to unforward? #73 or 73# or * something something/

Try not using unconventional forwarding *72 *73.
