Duplicate emails received in Message folder

Hi..please help me out here

 

 

I have BlackBerry 9300 and using in India

 

I had visited Philippines and came back to India and subscribed back for BB services with my provider (airtel). I keep getting duplicates of all my recieved msgs from my office mail account! ( i have integrated only this account with my BB)

 

i would like to add that per advise of my service provided .even when I delete my e-mail account several times through the set-up, I will still recieve two copies of e-mails on my Blackberry message folder. How do I get rid of this..

 

i have double check my office outlook aswell microsoft webmail (office) for any  redirection and nothing was integrated there.

 

Please help. Your support will be greatly appreciated.

Hey msubbu12,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

To better assist you please open an email that is duplicate and scroll to the top and check what email address it says under "Received Using", are the duplicates being received from the same email address?

i was waiting so long and hoping some one to reply some sort of message and lost my hope.Ii really appreciate your reply.

 

i checked my duplicate e-mail and it says received from "Un known" and the other e-mail i have the right e-mail address..

 

looking forward your kind reply..thanks again
