You said "business emails", are these BES account, exchange or enterprise email accounts?

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

it says available, and i do receive other gmail email and i can send too with those address gmail only.

anybody able to help me out before i trash my phone, it call lot of numbers itself during the day and i can't use it so well, hard to check calls received etc...the email address i am not getting now is my main one, i feel strange not getting emails since 15 days now. too bad i psent 400 euros on this phone, i regret now seeing relaibility of other free phone with contracts.

Tell me more about this email you got from BlackBerry saying would no longer have access to this account.
