Email account problem

URGENT HELP NEEDED
I did security wipe on my curve 9360, after then I
couldn't receive emails. I have tried activating from
setup....email account but couldn't. Pls someone
should help me. Thanks.

Are you trying to setup personal email (yahoo, etc) or corporate email (job)?

I already have am email, but can't receive mails anymore because of security wipe that I did. I tried activating it but couldn't.

Try to hard reset the device i mean pull the battery out and re-insert it back. . 

 

also try to resend the service books from the BIS website of your service provider. . 

Please update the result after applied..

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

there will be a link for the BIS website from the service provider (carrier) check with your service provider for the website. create an account in that site and login in to it and resend the service books to the device..  you can manage all your BIS accounts from that website. . 

Please update the result after applied..

You didn't answer this.

 

For your service books, you need to login to your BIS account for Etisalat. Since Etisalat is a provider in several countries, and we don't know what country you're in, we can't post the link.

 

You can send the service books from your phone, but without knowing the answer to my question above, it might not work.
