Email issue with Blackberry 8330 and desktop Manager

I'm new to Blackberry.  I've installed Desktop Manager and it is redirecting email properly while I'm not connected.  The issue is, it used to clear the redirector message from Outlook automatically, but now it does not. I continue to receive the network@etpxxxx.etp.na.blackberry.net message and it will not clear.  Does anyone know why it does not clear automatically? I would like to delete it manually, but it specifically says not to.


Any ideas?
