Email settings

Hi the problem i'm having is my black berry is set up to set emails in yahoo.com when my real address is yahoo.co.uk. This is  a problem because it allows me to send mail and others receive them ok but when they try to reply to the email it just fails to send. I have gone through the setapp edit my address name but still shows up as .com.

 

Any help with this would be really appreciated

Interesting.  Can you check with the carrier?  They may have a quick solution for this.  I was going to recommend that you remove the email address and readd it by doing this:

from the device head to blackberry.com/integrate and follow the prompts to readd your account.

 

You can also manage your email account from https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=vodauk

but check with your carrier first.
