Email settings!

Hi, am having a problem with email settings, when I try to log in...it says username & password are incorrect, even when I click on "Forgot password", the new sent to me via my friend's identical phone as mine, "8520" the problem still persists!...what now?!

On your device have you setup your own BlackBerry ID ? Also is that a used device or a new one ?
