Email stopped working

My contract on orange panther 15.50 changed last night, and I can no longer receive or send email.

 

Orange have said that this package is not compatible with the blackberry (then why sell it to me?), but have offered me an add on until my new iphone 5 arrives.  Blackberry is ment to eamil me with confirmation but it has now been 4 hours and no confirmation! How long do I need to wait?

Assuming the new package is because you are getting an iphone5 then it will not work withheld blackberry as the blackberry needs a specific data plan. 

 

By the sounds of it they have added a blackberry bolt on to your account - have you tried a battery pull to see if this activates your bis service? If not you will need to contact orange to check they have set the bolt on up properly.
