None of the three options had any different result. What finally worked was to remove the gmail link and access it through the web instead. Now I only get business mail in the mail folder. This is much easier, and I don't get interrupted every time a personal email arrives. Thanks.
I'm new to this BB thing and also am having problems with the email part. For starters, some emails only go to the BB and not my pc, others go to both. I only have one email set to synch and it is with outlook. Also, the emails show up on my phone as both text and email. I don't have unlimited texting so I need this to stop so I don't start getting charged. Another question I have is about synching. I thought it would bring my contacts over to my phone with their emails and phone numbers and all that. is that not the case? Because when I tried to do it, it says its synching but I can't find any evidence of that when I go to my phone and look someone up on it. What's the deal?
I'm kinda new to the blackberry. When I send an email from my phone, it ends up showing in my phone's email box that i sent it. I tried turning on the "hide sent messages" in the general settings, but that only hides sent text messages.
