Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Well, that depends on exactly what you are referring to...

If you mean your BB ID, then see this:

  • KB32514 How to change or update a BlackBerry ID username on a BlackBerry smartphone

If, on the other hand, you mean your BIS credentials (not your stored, inside of BIS, email credentials...your credentials for BIS itself), then contact your mobile service provider as they manage your BIS account for you.

On the third (3???) hand, if you mean your email credentials that are stored within BIS (which is what provides normal email handling with the BB), then see this to remove the account:

  • KB04620 How to delete an email account integrated with BlackBerry Internet Service

And one of these, depending on the type of account you are talking about, to add the account:

  • KB04478 Integrate POP accounts with the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • KB03133 How to integrate a Microsoft Outlook Web Access email address on BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB10154 How to integrate a POP or IMAP email account through advanced integration

Good luck and let us know!
