Email

Ok, I had an iphone and the images loaded to look just like they did on my pc screen.  But software issues were abundant.  So I bought a blackberry and when i check my email, the pictures don't load and it's just a bunch of words inside quotation marks and parenthesis.  It takes forever to get to the important part of my message and I hate it.  Am I doing something wrong, or not doing something at all to make the images load automatically, or is this just how it is?  Please help--I know this is probably a stupid question, but i'm very frustrated.  Thanks!!

Re: Email

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I believe you are talking about viewing emails in HTML. This will be in the OS 4.5 device software coming soon.

Read down the email you have until you see the HTTP address. CLick on that and you will be taken to the browser page that sent the message, you will be able to see the images.

Re: Email

BlackBerry device with OS version 4.5 supports view of HTML formatted mail in BlackBerry device. The issue that you've mentioned is your carrier is yet to accept new OS and hence you're not getting HTML email in you device. Phase by phase all the carriers are updating device OS and you'll get it soon from your carrier. You can call their support service to know the availability of OS 4.5.
