Now bare with me because I am new to the Blackberry world and still working my way through this. I contacted my provider and what they suggested I do didn't work, so I am turning to this for help.
I have my work email set up through the Enterprise Server thing (like I said, bare with me.... ) and it automatically created a folder for my work email as well as the Messages folder that my texts and calls were coming into. The emails go to both.
My problem is that I don't want the work ones to go to both, I only want them going to the designated work folder. I want to keep my calls and texts separate from emails. I tried the "Separate" folder option, but that didn't work, they still go into both. It did however create a separate SMS folder which my texts moved over to, which is fine, I actually prefer my texts to be separate from calls.
I at least for now figured out how to get it to stop vibrating every time I get a work email (I can't turn it to Phone Only because I don't want the phone to ring), but I am still looking for how to separate them! Hopefully this makes sense.........

As a rule, ALL mail and messages go to your main messages folder. It just does.
You have now moved your SMS text messages out of the main folder, good.
Remove your phone calls from your main messages folder by pressing the GREEN dial key > Options > Call Logging = NONE.
Now, your BES mail... will need a third party application -- Empower BES Mailbox -- to separate your BES work mail from the main messages folder.

Thank you! I'm ok with the phone calls going into that main message folder, I just want to separate the work emails. I will try the link you gave me as well.
Thanks for the help!
