I have an email plan with my wireless provider and when I TRY to set up my email, I only get an enterprise activation. When I called my wireless provider one CSR had no idea what it was and one automatically said call Blackberry
I have rebooted a couple of time and need HELP!

To enjoy those email services we need BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS in our account, so please call your Carrier or Wireless Service Provider to know if they have activated it or not.

If you Carrier Activated BIS , then you should recieve the activation message and will be able to see the Personal email option or Internet Mail account . So start your setup , use your BlackBerry ID and follow the steps.If you don't have a BlackBerry ID refer to this KB help :
