I've now been struggling for 2 weeks to get this installed! Why did I ever decide to get a BB??? There is always some error with the BB service. Apparently they are aware of this problem but when will they start doing some work on it?? At the moment I feel like throwing this BB out the window and going back to Nokia. Luckily I can upgrade in March 2012 - good by BlackBerry!!!!

Hi Gals & Guys ... I've just confirmed that the problem lies with VodaCom-SA ... Have two customers phones in front of me BlackBerry 8520 V220.127.116.117. Have been struggling with the VodaCom handset (Error 80003) for the past two days. The MTN handset downloaded the new appworld V18.104.22.168, updated the BlackBerry ID in a jiffy and everything is running smooth. VodaCom is messing you guys around. They don't have the "BBID Service Book". My contract is with VodaCom but I will never ever run my BIS on their "excellent infrastructure". If any of you need proof to approach VodaCom, feel free to contact me.
