Hello,
I am not able to syncronize my mobile with the calendar in outlook anymore, since I ve got this Error Information: 12004.
The system recommended me to contact the support together with the sync protocol. But where should I send it? There is no mailadress?
Any idea, how to solve the error or the problem?

To better assist, I will need to gather some information.
Which version of Microsoft Outlook are you using? Have you installed the latest version of the BlackBerry Desktop Software from http://www.blackberry.com/desktop? Which version of Windows are you currently using?

Hi Cpts,
as far as I know, I am using the latest version of blackberry software: 7.0 Paket 2259.
It is Outlook 2003 with Servicepack 3 and my computer runs with Windows 7.

There is a newer version of the BlackBerry Desktop Software available. I would recommend installing the latest update then try again.
