I have a boss that deleted his blackberry email account and has changed it to his other email account. He now receives an error on his laptop with each email he receives because it is forwarding it to this email account. I can not find this setting on his laptop either in outlook or in the desktop manager software any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you
He is using outlook 2007 and I am not sure on the desktop manager version.

He deleted the yourname@yourcarrier.blackberry.net account?
Where did he delete it, from his BIS account setup?
And what was forwarding where? Sorta confrusing there, "it is forwarding it to this email account".
Let's use Account A = blackberry.net account
Account B = Other email account
