Even though I have Wi Fi still cannot connect to internet. Just keeps loading and nothing ever happens. was fine till about 3 weeks ago .

1. Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

2. Restart your wireless modem then try connecting again.

3. Find the name of the wireless network to which you're trying to connect in your list of SSIDs on your phone and delete it.  Re-add it and try connecting again.

ok tried first two, this maybe a stupid question but where do i go to find ssid.
