Anyone know how I fix my error 5000 facebook chat? have no online friends showing!! :-(  Not working since the new upgrade!!!!

You can try downloading Facebook Messenger on your phone as a replacement to Facebook Chat. On your phone's browser, visit facebook.com/mobile/messenger . You will then be directed to an OTA download of the app provided by Facebook. Hope this helps.

facebook messenger does not put a green dot besides my name for my friends to see , plz help .. i too am getting error 5000 when i use fb chat app from my mail ID , if i login from anyone else's account it works just fine , but not with my id ... help !
