Faulty 9380 curve

I understand my Blackberry curve 9380 comes with a 2 year manufacturers warranty. It is not working and I am unable to get it fixed, how do I return it to Blackberry under the terms of the warranty? I have posted the issue on here but not been succesful in getting a solution. Please advise.

Did you get the device from a retailer or from the telco?

For information on warranty or repairs, please contact your point of purchase retailer.

If you got with with your telco, then head over to the telco for assistance. Else, go back to the store you purchased the device from.

Thanks for this, now spoken with retailer (Phones4u) who are sending me a pack in which to return the faulty handset. On line support was excellent.This is after twice visiting my local branch of Phones4u who didn't want to know (in store product knowledge was dreadful) Thanks for your help.
