My Carrier: What is a carrier?

Faulty Keypad

Hi there

My keypad has suddenly become very sensitive, with particular respect to the 'a' key, so even when I press the buttons around it then 'a's pop up everywhere.

I got the phone 1 year and 4 days ago, so it's just out of the Orange warranty period, but I can't find a number to call to contact Blackberry for help.

Please contact me if you know how to get this fixed.

Thanks

Grace

You can still contact Orange, they are you technical support help, regardless. Any issue they can't resolve, should be escalated to RIM level tech support.

But quite honestly, they symptom you mention occurs most often when the device has has been in some high humid or moist environment, such as a bathroom during a hot steamy shower, gym locker room, etc
