File Not Found! cannot save photos, videos, voice notes or anything to media card

Hi

 

every time i take a photo or try to save anything to my media card i get 'File Not Found' error message. The Card is not full, I have done several battery pulls and nothing works.

 

Any ideas gratefull received.

Hi oxiteh,

 

Have you tried using a different media card in your BlackBerry® smartphone to test?  Are you able to access any files stored on your media card?

Hi

 

yes, i can access the files on the media card so it is working. I haven't tried another one in it though.
