I accidentally deleted most of the languages on my BlackBerry when I first got it. I was wondering if there was any way to reinstall them?

Download the hadheld OS and reinstall/upgrade it. Make sure to choose the options languages.

Do I lose any music, pictures, or other information on my phone by doing that? Plus, how do I even redownload the OS?
