Frozen keypad after purchasing BIS

I recently bought a 9360 Model REM71UW which came with no BIS,Friday morning I purchased this BIS and I received a message instructing me to remove and re-insert the battery in order for some files to be loaded.After I've done that first my trackpad would'nt respond and later all the keys now the phone is black in screen even though its on.I've tried almost every advice i saw in this support forum to no avail.Please help!!!!

What exactly have you tried from the forums as it's hardtop offer any meaningful advice without knowing what you have tried. 

 

The normal advice would be to remove the battery, wait 30 seconds and put it back in as this fixes most issues onthe phone.

I tried the battery pull severl times with no luck and also starting the device on safe mode by pressing the escape key at startup that did not help either
