HI,

 

I BOUGHT BB 9300 FROM INDIA AND STARTED USING IN KENYA. SERVICE PROVIDER IS AIRTEL KENYA.

 

WHEN I BOUGHT THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME THAT ONCE U ACTIVATE BB SERVICES AUTOMATIALLY ALL SOCIAL NETWORKING APPS LIKE GTALK, FACEBOOK ETC WILL APPEAR ON PHONE.

 

BUT I DIDN'T..I DOWNLOADED APPS WORLD BUT IT IS NOT CONNECTING IT TO NET

 

PLEASE ADVICE HOW CAN I USE GTALK AND OTHER APPS ON MY CELL NOW?

Have you activated a BB Data plan on your device from your service provider?

 

If not please activate a plan that suits your needs and budget.

Yes did activate the data plan...but didn't help!

 

Asked the service provider also but they are also not able to give satiesfactory answer
