Hey everyone, I setup my email on my phone just fine. But the email comes in as text only so most of the time its just a bunch of links and hard to read. Is there a way to make it HTML format to see the email correctly? Thanks ahead of time.

depending on your BB, you will  be able to install OS 4.5 that will allow HTML viewing of email. The ability to view them is there, we just need the OS to help make this possible

OS 4.5 and BIS 2.5 will allow you to view HTML emails on your device. OS 4.5 is not yet released for all device. North American is having access to BIS 2.5 since 28th June. You can check with your carrier whether they can provice HTML support through their BIS service.

If you want HTML support right away (and the 4.5 OS is not available for your device) you can check out a couple of programs that display messages in HTML format. There is BBSmart HTML E-mail Viewer, and Empower HTML Viewer.

question...I just loaded 4.5 on my device, but not seeing the email in html, still plain text, with links....anything I should do?
