Going directly to Inbox

Is there a way that I can go directly to the Inbox when I click on Messages?

Re: Going directly to Inbox

Hi and welcome to the forums!

If you have an Icon that says messages clicking on it should take you to your inbox.

Please tell me what model phone and device os you are running. The OS is found in OPTIONS ABOUT

and will look like 4.x.x.xxx.

Let me know!

Thanks

Re: Going directly to Inbox

When I click on the Messages icon, it takes me to a folder with all messages (received, sent, etc.) and not the Inbox.

It's a BlackBerry 8310, running OS v4.2.2.170.

Thanks for the response.

Re: Going directly to Inbox

Messages folder contains emails from all of the integrated mail ID. Along with Messages folder you have separate folder for individual mail IDs. Clicking on those fodler will take you directly to the inbox.
