But the contacts sync only once i.e. the time I set it up.

After that any changes / additions on online google contacts are not synced onto BB!! Any fixes plz?

Similarly BB App World appears to be completely off-line.
I can't see any apps, nor can other people (including in the phone shop!

May also be why my maps function refuses to work?

I recently moved from Android to BB...have I commited an unforgivable sin!!! The bureacracy on BB is nagging me!

I CAN'T INSTALL ANY "APPS" they appear to be completely down & have been so since I bought the phone last Saturday.

Perhaps RIM should get their act together.
Not just me, either, the "EE" shop couldn't get BB_Apps on any of their phones, as well.

In short APPS are not working - which is why I suspect my mapping & GPS don't function.
