Guarantee Curve 9300

Hi!

My Curve 9300  is about 8 month old. Suddenly it shuts down and can't get started yet.

Is there any guarantee to my Curve and when yes, whow can i make demand on?
P.S. My dealer says "Please contact Blackberry …"

Thank you for support

Re: Guarantee Curve 9300

Reload the OS, then register your device through BIS user account. If it's not work, claim your warranty from where you bought the device.

Who is your dealer for this?

Have you called your Tmobile support, if Tmobile is your mobile provider?

Re: Guarantee Curve 9300

OK, your seller would provide the warranty on the device IF this is your question.

Meanwhile, here, would you like assistance in getting it back working?

You'll need to provide some details... such as what ALL you have already done.

My first suggestion, even if you have already done this, connect to a wall outlet charger (not the PC) and let it charge for several hours. Then, keeping it connected to the charger, remove the battery a minute, reinsert and tell me what happens onscreen and/or the LED?

I have tried your suggestion, but nothing happens – neither onscreen nor LED
