HELP!!! My curve 9320

Good day to all,

 

please help me, im using my blackberry 9320 curve for personal hotspot, and lastweek my hotspot is not working, other devices can still connect to my hotspot but they can't receive any data or internet connection, and now even my 9320 curve has problem on internet transmitting. I tried to call to my network provider but they said that my network is working fine,, I suspect that it is a device problem. Somebody help me!!!!

 

PS: I tried all possible solutions like: hard reset, reset factory setting, soft reset.

I have sent you a PIN message and it was not delivered.  I would suggest contacting your network service provider for further investigation as this seems to be a data related issue.

i already contacted my carrier and even them, they cant fix my problem. i already changed my sim in their business center and the problem still persist.

Pls I am also having d same issue. My curve 9320 would not connect to the Hotspot. It keeps showning connecting and never connects eventually then it eventually tells me network error. Pls can u help?
