HELP: blackberry messenger

i need help 

 

i just upgraded my bbm after i cannot open it.. it shows a blue screen!!

 anybody knows how to fix it? or can i install an old bbm?

Have you tried reinstalling BlackBerry Messenger again to see if it resolves you issue ?

 

If you want to try it then On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device > Application Management > Locate and delete BlackBerry Messenger from there.

 

KB10040  :  How to view or remove installed application on a blackberry smartphone

 

After deleting perform a Battery Pull Restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On .then wait a min.  and  re-insert it back .

 

Your device may take a long reboot , finally from your BlackBerry Browser browse to  www.blackberry.com/bbm and the most recent available for your device .After reinstalling see if that helps 

 

Try it and let us know.

hi there prince2012 once again,

i just follow the instruction that you gave but still it goes blue screen after i reinstall it.. by the way im using wifi connection i dont subscibe to any blackberry internet service.. would it be possible to connect to bbm using wifi?

Yes you can use BBM over wifi but for that you still need a BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS in your account .

So to use BBM over your Mobile Network or Over WiFi you need those data plan , without that it will not work .Call your Carrier or wireless service provider to activate in your account and that will solve your issue.

HELP: apps to sd card

hi there once again!

 

by the way im using bb 9320 but i dont know how to move apps from phone to sd card ..hence when im downloading apps it will install directly to the phone..can you help me on how to transfer or install apps directly to sd card?
