Please take pity on this blackberry noob.... I had help setting up this 8330 and no one can remember the username or password we used to log in to add a 3rd email account... we did two already when we did initial setup,now I want ot add a 3rd account, and we cant remember... HOW do I fix this??? I try to use the FORGOT password and entered everyuser name and even my PIN number, each time says PASSWORD SUCESSFULLY SENT TO BLACKBERRRY DEVICE...but no password, no message, unless I am missing it, HELP PLEASE!!! driving me insane...
i went ot try to create account but it says the PIN is already associated with an account.. will it scrw stuff up to make a new one and reenter the ESN and PIN# and create a new one? willthe old ones stillwork???

When you use the Forgot Password link it sends a message to your device telling you what the password is. If you're not getting that message then you can contact your carrier and they can tell you your username and also reset your password.

Just had this problem myself on my Bold 9000. I never think of calling Tech Support first to resolve any issues that I have; I always feel sorry for the poor person having to deal with the stupid girl who can't figure out her phone! But in this case, it was the only way I could resolve it. The guy on the phone told me that I also could have logged into the Optus website directly and changed the password myself there, but naturally I didn't think of that. Anyway, thanks for this thread, it helped me out!
