How do i unhide a file if the option is there, but it does not work and i cant untick the hide box.. I also tried it on my PC and it is nowhere to be found. I have tried unhiding all files, but it just does'nt work. Please could someone help me!! I need to format my memory card, but need my stuff to be saved!! Thanks a mill

Try connecting the BlackBerry® smartphone to your computer with mass storage mode enabled.

The Media card should be listed under the 'Computer' folder as a mass storage device, locate the file, go to properties of the file, and remove the check mark from 'Hidden'.
