Use the Desktop software that came with your BBdevice. This will backup and synchronize your calendar, addressbook, tasks. Go to blackberry 101 and it will help you get started
Please let me know if you need further assistance!

It occurred to me that depending on carrier they backup your numbers for you. On Verizon I have the option of keeping a backup on their website under my account.
If you have the same option with your provider, it would worth your while.
You would have all your address book backed up via the desktop software, and on the vendors site.
Sort of a belt and suspenders approach ![]()
Let me know what you think, and if you need help with the desktop software.
