Handsfree profile

I have just paired my Blackberry 8310 with a Bury THB cradle in the car by bluetooth. Phone is set on ringtones but when it rings in the car it also has an irritating escalating beeping noise. Anyone know how to switch this off? THB has Headset, handsfree, dial-up networking, audio source and a/v remote control services.

It may be possible that this is a setting in the car?  A default sound in case you have your device set to silent?

Thanks for the reply, however I had a previous blackberry 8710 on a THB kit and it worked fine. It must be in the 8310 or in the new THB cradle.
