Hang 9220

i recently bought the all new BB9220....but now i don't even want to touch my phone...i cant even do anything before that only it get hanged...i dont know what the issue. but i pay for it and if the company is not value our money then this is not a good idea of doing business....even local mobile brands phone is more good than what my phone is now. even my friends also laugh at me when the BB phone get hanged...please help me why this is happining...and what i need to do...???? its sucks now :-)

Whenever you feel your device hangs just perform a hard restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , or you can perform a soft restart anytime by pressing alt + aA^ + Del. Rebooting in this manner fixes most issues within our BlackBerry Devices .To resolve your issue you have to make sure that you are closing all application correctly, pressing the end key only minimizes the application, if application runs in the background you may face this situation.If we press the menu key for a few seconds it will popup a screen will show how many apps are running in the background.Check this Knowledge Base it might help :
